There are two reasons why variations of waters provided by our water ionizers are helpful in providing nourishment for your garden. These are the pH and ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) which both provide a deficiency of, or abundance of, extra electrons to the water. Because the 5.5 pH acid water is “Hungry” it assists in the dissolving of inorganic matter (solid mineral rock) in the soil and helps with the ion exchange that produces alkaline plant matter in the hydrogen ion exchange.
