How to purchase Filter Cartridges     

  1. Call either our hotline or office tel nos to find out the latest price for the filter cartridges. 
  2. State the water ionizer model you are using. E.g. Masterpiece, Mavello, Microlite, Venus, Alphion, Melody, Delphi
  3. There are 2 types of internal filter for the above models- Regular 0.1micron and Ultrafine (UF) 0.01micron.  Note that other than Delphi and Masterpiece which comes only with 0.1micron filter cartridges, the rest (Mavello, Microlite, Venus, Melody, Alphion) comes with 0.01 micron UF filter. For these models you have the choice of either the regular or Ultrafine cartridges for the next filter cartridge change.

 As for the pre-filter you have either the single or twin filter cartridges. All the pre-filter cartridges are 1 micron types but of different grades.

 

Payment & delivery for Filter Cartridges

There are 3 modes of delivery / payment

a)      Self Collect

You can pick up the filter cartridges from our showroom in SS2 Petaling Jaya. If you have difficulty finding a car park lot near our showroom, give us a call when you are downstairs our office and we can bring down the filter cartridges for you, like a drive-thru service.  Payment for self collect can be cash, cheque or credit card.

b)      Deliver by courier ( Postlaju service for local delivery and DHL/Skynet for overseas)

We will arrange for Postlaju or other courier service to deliver to your homes. There will be a minimum of $10.00 ringgit for each parcel delivery. The total amount ( price of cartridge plus courier charges) need to be banked in to our Alkalife Water’s Maybank account (A/c no 512231-342780) before we can send out the goods.  The total amount can be paid via direct bank-in or credit our account via maybank2u.com.my.  Pls notify us after you have bank in the money and fax a copy ( our fax no is 03-7877 4703) of the bank-in slip

c)      Deliver by Alkalife Staff

Should you require Alkalife to do the delivery and to assist in the installation of the filter cartridge we can schedule a date and time for our staff to go to your home.  There will be a $50.00 ringgit charge for each delivery and installation.  The money can be paid to our staff via cheque or cash

 

 How to install filter cartridge and reset filter counter for new filters

  1. Open door to remove existing internal filter
  2. Press down on filter and pull forward (towards you)  to remove filter. Note: The base plate (only for certain model) where the filter sits on may come out together with the filter.  DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BASE PLATE!
  3. Place the new filter onto the base plate, push down the filter and fit it into position,  the same way you remove the old filter.  This is a pop-in pop-out mechanism and does not require use of tool.  To ensure the filter cartridge sits properly you should rotate the filter.
  4. Press the power button ( white button on the front panel of the machine) once to red light
  5. Press the reset button ( white square button on top left of the filter) and hold (about 4 sec) until counter is reset to “0”.
  6. Close cover and press power button again to green light.  The machine is ready to use again

 NOTE :        The resetting can be done without the water flowing into the water ionizer or   when tap is turn off

 

Pick Up and Delivery Charges for Repair/Service Units

Ionisers requiring repairs and service is to be sent direct to Alkalife Water.
It takes min 48 hours up to a week or more depending on parts availability.

A minimum charge of RM50 applies for the above Pick Up/Delivery arrangements.

2 Year Warranty
All defective parts and components in the ioniser unit replaced free of charge within 2 years of purchase.
